Adult General Psychiatric Program

The adult general psychiatric program at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is designed to provide 24-hour intensive care to individuals age 18 and older who struggle with a mental health disorder. Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients identify problem behaviors and develop effective coping skills they can utilize after leaving our care.

For continued progress, we strongly encourage patients to transition into a less intensive outpatient program after they leave inpatient care.
