Regulate Emotions Effectively
In a supportive group setting, participants gain practical tools to understand the underlying causes of anger, identify personal triggers and develop greater self-awareness. Through mindfulness practices and a range of evidence-based approaches — including DBT skills, art therapy and other techniques — participants strengthen their ability to regulate emotions effectively.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 3 pm with lunch
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 11:30 am
